The facility also features a wellness center with a fitness room, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and a solarium.

Located near downtown, it’s very easy to get there by tram.
Right next door is the Plaine des Sports, a 7-hectare wooded area entirely dedicated to sports and relaxation.

Note that the building is designated as a remarkable 20th-century heritage site.

Avi’Forme Fitness Center: a 500-square-meter space on the ground floor featuring weight training and strength-building machines, as well as group classes for up to 16 people (dance, box fit, cross training, postural gym, etc.).
On the first floor, a wellness area (cold baths, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna). Capacity limited to 30 people at a time. Reservations required through the reception staff.
The gym and wellness area will be closed from Sunday, July 5, through September.


From July 6 to August 30, the wading pool, Splash Pad, and slides are open in the afternoons.

The facility has a snack bar open during the summer.
